Capture One Freezes On Export
Capture One freezes when trying to export. Anyone else experiencing the same issue? I'm on 14.3.1, however, had the same issue on 14.3.0.

While you wait for users with the same experience to chime in, you could try to disable hardware acceleration just to check if it makes a difference.

Also check the export output path to make sure that where the files are to be sent to is available and active.
For example I have a NAS which has a tendency to drop into a form of powersaving mode from which it may take some time to wake up. Quite often it will not wake up at all unless attacked at the Operating System level.
Applications may not be able to interpret that and advise users of problems in all such cases.
That may not be related to what you are experiencing but it's worth checking. USB3 drives I have can exhibit similar habits.

Thank you OddS.
What's odd is the issue is intermittant. I'll play around with the hardware acceleration and see if it makes any difference. I just cleared the ImageCore cache as a first step.

Thank you SFA. Confirmed output is being sent to a system drive.

Yes - experincing same issue with both TIF and PSD files to export. New Export dialog opens momentarily then crashes. Have :
1. Switched off Hardware acceleration
2. Cleared & rebuilt kernels
3. Used Focus Mask to check Hardware acceleration not initialised
4. Updates to 14.3.1 ...but none of it makes any difference

Yes, this has been an issue for me too - have a look at https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4404959738001-Build-14-3-0-crashing-on-Export

Thankyou to @Michael Woods - useful link but unfortuately nothing worked for me.
I also updated NVIDIA GPU "Studio Driver" to 471.68 July 2021 release and disabled Hardware Accelration 'Scheduling' in Win10.
Makes no diffference.
Rolled back to 14.2.0 - old Export workflow - works fine. So it's defintely crappy coding in 14.3. 1 and 2
Frustrating to lose yesterday's adjustments rolling back to old Session database!!
