Thethering is a hassle lately

Keeps getting stuck during tethering. Guys you need to lighten up on the updates, I need this program to work for tethering or I need to find one that does.

    so I recently purchased a copy of Windows 10 Home. Everything started off great. I love Cortana, and I love the fluidity of the new OS. EVERYTHING WAS GOING SMOOTH. Until a few days ago. I use DSL (Blah!) at home, because the closest pole is about 500 feet away from my house. So, in turn I have slow internet speeds. Well, I wanted to use my Galaxy Note 5 from Verizon to tether. it has worked flawlessly in the past. just not for windows 10 Target Card Balance Now
