People shown / Location shown - IPTC Implementation

I’m still in my mega project to move with my million Media Pro database to Capture One.

Could you please implement these standard IPTC fields. It would make my live easier and it’s better to view than mixing up these (person) annotations with my other keywords.

There is a for me useless Getty filed "Personality" which I only can see in Capture One. Is there a way to see it anywhere outside of Capture One?

As said before, Capture One is the best RAW converter and I love it, but I wish the DAM functions would be on the same level. With all these fashion photographers using it, I wonder why this "Person show” field s not implemented yet. Makes also sense with the field "Location show" with the new approach to please landscape photographers with panoramas and HDR…
