Base characteristics: Initial camera picture impression: Start with ?
ICC Profile: Which is the best staring point to develop the best photo (not fastest way): ProStandard or Flat ?
Curve: Auto or Linear response ?
I noticed, that on Flat and Linear response i have the richest amounts of lightvalues....

It depends on many things.
There is no single best answer.
Auto is usually related to a default "Film Standard" curve. An interpretation of the RAW data with settings that give a result that is something like it might have been in the good old days of film. i.e. a "standard" that people have come to like in the time since colour film was created.
ProStandard is a re-assessment of what looks "good" and is now "possible" compared to previous default colour interpretations. Whether you have ProStandard available will depend on the camera. Older cameras mostly do not have a ProStandard option.
Linear is a very flat interpetation compared to any of the "Film" profiles. If you seek to maximise data availability at the extremes of the the exposure and always need that it may well be the place to start. However, if the results you seek can also be achieved using some of the supplied settings you would be making an unnecessary work load for yourself and may not easily discover the magic that the default offerings provide.
With my equipment I regularly use Linear at the start BUT that is because almost everything I shoot is event activity, outdoors and in rapidly varying light conditions. So I may as well anticipate that my highlights are going to tend to burnout and my blacks will block up and then simply work accordingly. So Linear is normal for me. It would be less work if that were not the case. I can't really say of the results are better. People consuming the output may have a different opinion about what appeals to them compared to what I think looks best.
But then there is no reason to assume that everyone sees all images and colours in exactly the same way so perhaps that is no surprise.
