Is Capture One support still accepting Capture 13 (20) bug reports?

I'm a full time digital tech who still prefers to run Capture 20. I have found numerous bugs in the program.

Could someone from the support team tell me if bug reports from older versions of Capture One are still wanted? It seems superfluous at this point, but wanted to ask to be sure. 

And yes, when I upgrade to 21 (now that export has been "fixed"), I'll be looking to see if my list of bugs have been resolved and will report if not.
