GLOW/BLUR tool🔥

It would be awesome to have a glow tool on its own or incorporated into a new blur tool. Decreasing sharpness or dehaze doesn't work the same and is just a gimmick for now. A proper glow/blur tool would be very welcome and help in many creative ways. Diffuse, soften, vintage look, fine tuning blur and so on. I have in mind the glow fx tool in Davinci Resolve, something like that would pair well with the huge amount of control we already have thanks to the layers system.

  Hopefully, your feedback contributes towards a future version of Capture One.
