Zoom slider stops working

Hi

Several times now the Zoom slider stops working. 

The slider remains and can be moved, but the label as to the zoom level disappears and the slider does not zoom.

I have to quit Capture One and restart, it then works again. 

I upgraded to 14.4.1 today and it still does it.

Windows 10 PC

  Seems to be a long term problem.
  That zoom slider has never worked on my v21 version.
  Luckily zooming with the mouse wheel has made it mostly redundant
  although seeing a zoom percentage readout would still be nice.
