How get the Naming function to be automatically expanded when I do an import

When I bring up "Import Images" there are a set of panels that come up that are already expanded:

Import From, Import To, Backup To, Metadata, Ajustments, File Info, After Import

But Naming is not open. I cannot see a way to make that panel be open while others be closed. 

Is there a way? Thank you!
