I'm being billed 100INR everytime I try to activate my license, and the actual activation doesn't go through.

Hi, 

Something really weird is going on, when I search for CP1 website on google and try to login it first tells me my account is not valid, that my email id is not registered (I've been using CP1 for 10 years) then when I go through my email from CP1 the login works but when I try to pay for an annual subscription the website takes 100INR from my account but the actual transaction for the annual subscription doesn't go through and I get an error message that the transaction failed and I should try again later.

What's going on?!!!

  Maybe a fake site ripping you off?

  But more likely there is an issue on C1 side. Submit a request to them and be somewhat patient:

  I have a similar problem: I am told that my activation code (in the meantime confirmed by C1) ist not valid.

  Looks like a major hickup
