Update 11 > 21 License not working

    Did you get a new license key when you purchased V21?

    I have the same problem. Old Version (12) deletet and new 21 doesn't accept new licence. No answer from support. Now completely without needed software for fuji. Twice paid no use.

    I also bought an upgrade from version 12 to the new pre-upgrade to 22 version and version 21 will not accept the new license.  I emailed support 2 days ago and still have not heard back.  I am using the new key that was provided in the email.

    If you bought the 22 pre-upgrade you have to activate the version of Capture One that you were using with the new 22 key. The pre-upgrade does not include Capture One 21 if you pre-upgraded from a version prior to Capture One 21.

    Hi April, yes in my case it was the 22 pre upgrade. Before i had the version 11.
    Does this means I have to wait for the 22 version?

    Exactly. It is mentioned in your confirmation email as well as at purchasing.

    I have seen a few posts state is "mentioned in your confirmation email" but I still cant find where, can you provide some details?

    It should be stated in the purchase confirmation you received from fastspring. If you payed with PayPal it was sent to the email you have connected to that account.
    Have you seen any information that Capture One 21 was included in your pre-upgrade to Capture One 22?
