Panasonic LX10/LX15 lens correction profile seems to be wrong
I bought Capture One Pro 21 license (I used the Express for Sony until now), because I also have Panasonic LX15 camera and wanted to use single software for both my Sony and Panasonic cameras. Imported RAW files does not seem to have proper lens correction profile, because it looks different than the out of camera JPEGs or RAW processed by SILKYPIX Developer Studio 8 SE bundled with the Panasonic camera.
Out of camera JPEG - properly corrected

RAW processed by Capture One 21 with default settings (Manufacturer profile). Notice the pavement distortion.

RAW processed by bundled SILKYPIX 8, properly corrected again

Make sure the C1 distortion slider is at 100 (%).
Even with the manufacturer profile the correction will often not be applied by default, ie slider at 0.

Yes, it is at 100%.

Is there any room in the distortion slider to further correct?

Yes, I can manually correct it by moving the slider to around 75 percent, but this is NOT what I expect from the camera dedicated profile. Especially when it works fine in the bundled SILKYPIX software.
Here you can download both RAW and out of camera JPEG to see the issue.

This is how it looks in the SILKYPIX software. It is properly corrected even with the slider at the "100%" default position, no additional manual correction required. I just expected the same behavior in the Capture One software, that's all.

Downloaded the RAW and agree 75 is about right.
Only thing you really can do is submit a support request about it.

Don't like your chances of it getting corrected very quickly though.1
