C1 22 after installation does not update the C1 21 Catalogs
I have upgraded my C1 21 installation to C1 22.
Everything apparently went fine with the upgrade.
When first starting C1 22 after the installation and activating the software, the application completed a process to configure the software for my graphics card.
That is where the installation appeared to stop.
I was never prompted to upgrade my C1 21 Catalogs to the new C1 22 engine. I have rebooted my Windows 10 machine and started C1 22 several times. But I have not yet been prompted to upgrade my Catalogs. I have also opened several other C1 21 Catalogs all with no upgrade prompt.
What do I need to do in order to have C1 22 upgrade my C1 21 Catalogs?
Thanks!

Yes, I have this issue.
And after switching catalog, color editor does not work well.

My experience was the same. (haven't tried the color editor yet however). Since it didn't ask to upgrade catalog, I assumed that C1 22 simply uses C1 21 catalog with no modification. And no new C1 22 engine.
Maybe I'm wrong, if so, I'd like to know the answer also.
Thanks!

I submitted a support request for this and here is their reply. Which is good news for us.
"No documents need to be upgraded, and no new processing engine is needed.
This is by design and is made to simplify the upgrade procedure.
Just keep using Capture One, and we do hope you enjoy using the new version."0
