Usb-c & usb 3.0 Connections Problems

Hi Everyone,

I have a new MacBook Pro 16 m1 pro max and the connection works with usb 2.0 but it doesn't work with usb-c and usb 3.0 connections. ("Error Camera Connection")

I tried with Canon 5d mark iv, Nikon d850 and a Sony Alpha and with Lightroom too but same problem. The same cables work with the 2020 MacBook.

Does anyone experiment this problem or have a solution?

I talked with apple customer service but they don't give me a immediate replay... I should contact them for in-depth analysis of the problem....

  I had a similar issue with the Canon 5d mark iv. It turns out that with MacOS Monterey and Capture 21 Pro, I needed to update the firmware on the camera. the firmware was 9 months outdated.
