Capture one 22 on Windows 7

As I had heard from several different forums Capture One V22 does not support Windows 7 and does not run (stable) on this plattform.

I for myself - whithout any Windows 7 client - cannot verify. But you could with a test version of Capture One can. You can install and use parallel with V21 on your Windows 7 PC. But make sure you do not work with original catalogs but copies because otherwise the catalog or session you work on with V22 can not be used with V21 after updated by V22.

    Kind regards
    Ernst

I own and run Capture One 21 [14.4.0.101] perfectly well on Windows 7 but I want to upgrade.

So download 22 and find out for yourself, Brian.

    Brian,

Win 7 was not supported by V21 either.

You may have been lucky to get it running in a stable way.  I had a couple of issues testing V21 on Win 7 and decided it was not worth pursuing since there was no longer any Microsoft Support for Win 7.

C1 v22 on Win7 is working just fine.

There is one dll missing that is part of Win10 but you can google it and download.

I have not had a single crash since I updated.

Hi Rob and Mark, I'm also looking for this information on how to find the correct dll, and then where to install it on Windows 7 to get version 22 working.  Just need to get it working for a few months before upgrading to a new system.  I've had version 21 working for sometime now and upon first trying 22 saw a pop up saying it was missing a dll, but the pop up no longer appears.  I think it had given the dll file name, but I can't recall.
