Capture one 22 Fujifilm for windows 10

About two weeks ago I upgraded to Capture One22 for fujifilm.
Today I have gone to start it and it does not start, without more.
I have it installed on windows 10.
The Mac version works perfectly.
I need to finish a job and I'm stopped.
Can someone help me ?

What happens when you try to start C1? Any messages?
Have you had any Windows updates since you last started C1?

No error message appears.
C1 seems to boot normally, even the initial C1 screen for fujifilm appears. But then no screen of c1 appears, only it is seen that it is running (Task Manager).
I have tried to wait to see if it was processing the session but after 15 min I see that it still does not respond.No windows updates from mi instalation.

I have tried to install it from scratch and it doesn't work either.

Hopefully the Support people will be able to resolve your problem.
The most common causes are that the Windows .NET or C++ libraries are not the correct ones for the application (but if you had it working and then it stopped without any updates being applied that would seem somewhat unlikely).
Another issue might be that the OpenCL assessment started to run and somehow become stuck and will not end. However that is usually a background task and would produce an on-screen progress window to report what is happening.
How are you starting C1?
From a Menu, from a shortcut icon or by attempting to open a session or catalog directly from the file?
Or some other way?
