Renaming a folder in Capture 22

I am getting this message/error?

 

Could not rename folder.  The item is used by another process......

I have no other programs open????

    I just tried renaming a folder in a catalog. It worked... You might be getting a false error. Make  sure there are not any characters in the new name that conflict with Windows. Such as "/"
