CaptureOne 21, Windows, single user (NIKON), one time payment license, not working. / CaptureOne20, Capture One21, CaptureOne22
This is so frustrating. I spend a lot of money, not just on the software but other packages and I've only used the software like 20 times and a few month's later, come to find out that the software won't open. Only hope of resources is through a community forum and a website about latest software "CaptureOne22" advertised, but little confusing as to where to navigate to find your particular product you've purchased for a fix. I chose this particular license to relieve myself from annual subscriptions "APS" and "ALR" since I only need to use software a few times for learning due to busy schedule, but now it's becoming standard not to own anything as all company's eventually merge to subscriptions only.
My licensed software CaptureOne 21 won't open and stay's in the open position as though it were frozen. But I see software looks as though it\ may be struggling to open.

It doesn't help that you publish your device id and product id, I recommed you delete this from your post.
