Capture One 22does not release Nikon 850 from live view

I am shooting my  Nikon D850 tethered to  a PC running win 11 64 bit. When I go to live view and then go back to the normal tethered mode, Capture One 22 does not release the camera and I cannot continue shooting id I unplug the cable power off the camera the camera will got back into a frozen mirror-up state then the cable is reconnected or the cameras powers back on. The only way to release the camera is to shut Capture One down and restart it. Needless to say, this is a big pain in the ass.. What is going wrong and how do I fix this problem?
