C1 does not detect R5 anymore and, if it does, it takes forever to transfer images

Canon R5 worked perfectly all the time - all of a sudden, it does not get recognized anymore and if it does, it takes forever to load pictures. Checked the cable with a different computer and it worked fine. Any ideas?

  Same issue here with several Canon cameras (5D Mark 4, 5DR S, R5) as well as Fuji XT-4. Anyone from C1 Team care to comment on this?
