What is More important For Capture One and Helicon Focus - RAM , Processor or GPU

I have a 27' iMac and looking to upgrade to the New Mac Station.

I use Capture One with Helicon and both are sluggish on my 27', when upgrading what is more important, Ram, GPU or is it the 20 Core processor that will make the difference?

I would appreciate your feedback on this!
