DATA BASE FAILED - BIG SUR

While exporting images from a tethered session, where the images were saved onto my hard drive in the pictures folder - that I cannot find the folder, nor did the images save onto my memory card of my Canon 5D MK III. I have read other post, but saw no FIX! I just need a fix.

I don't have these issues with LR, although I haven't used LR since I switched to C1 12 and now Pro 22.

Is there a fix, or should I move on to the next project?
