duplicate folder bug? Export some recipe with rating folder.

When exporting RAW to JPG, I use 3 export recipes and export them together.

My recipe's save sub folder setting:
Recipe A: "[rating]/fullsize"
Recipe B: "[rating]/2048px"
Recipe C: "[rating]/1080px"

I think make folders:

1 ---- fullsize
    -- 2048px
    -- 1080px

but C22 make two "1" folder.

1 ---- fullsize
    -- 1080px
1 ---- 2048px

I don't know, is this a C22 bug or a macOS bug?
I am using macOS Montery 12.2.1 & C22 15.1
