adjustmetns lost when copying

Does anyone know why when i "select all" on the adjustmetns clipboard and then seltect "copy" i loose most adjustments seemingly randomly. . 

Choosing to Copy and Paste doesnt "hold" the previously selceted adjuemtns, they some how uncheck themselves. super anoying.
