C1 22 Sessions where do I find the root folder?

I watched some of the C1 webinars. Apparently some were of the C1 21 version.
Under tool process recipe (Not process recipes) you could set the root folder.
This enabled you to have a certain export recipe to export to one folder every time you choose that recipe.
While the other recipes would export to the normal output folder under sessions.

I can't seem to find this root folder. Only output location.
What is the solution to this?
