I would love to see a overlay tool with more possibilities of adjustments, a bit like the layer effects (multiply, add, etc) in photoshop to be able to finetune compositions or change the colour of hte layer overlayed to negative for instance to get a perfect match.

Also, it would be nice to be able to reverse the layer horizontally and vertically or rotate it

  I have forwarded your suggestions to implement more possibilities of adjustments for the overlay tool to our Product Management team as something to consider in a future release. Hopefully, your feedback contributes toward a future version of Capture One.
