Capture Live and GDPR.

What is with Capture Live and the GDPR ? I need an Processing in accordance with Article 28 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Where can I get this contract ?

  Anyway - let's see the exact text you're referring to.

  Article 28 GDPR relates to ensuring lawfulness of the processing of personal data by third parties, on behalf of a "controller".

  There is no contract as such, except the one that would exist anyway to engage the third party to work for (and process personal information on behalf of) the controller.

  Not being a user of Capture One Live, my instinct is that it seems unlikely that Art. 28 would generally be engaged simply by using Capture One Live, but the Devil is always in the detail - but if you're not processing personal data on behalf of someone else under contract, this is unlikely to be anything of concern.

  (Data Protection compliance under GDPR is what I used to do for a living, incidentally.)
