Processing DNG after Focus Stacking
I've been running into an issue during my export of DNGs and Tiff for my preservation files (for context I work in a museum as a collections specialist, part of a project to catalog and digitize objects in one of our collection storage rooms, and have little experience on the processing side of digitization). Some of the images created have been edited to focus stack in photoshop, creating a psd. before moving to capture one to color correct and create the preservation and access files.
My problem is that in the first export for DNGs and TIFFs, capture one will tell me there is an error in creating the DNGs. I have to start the process over again and am then able to create only the TIFF files. Any suggestions on how I might fix this issue?
Thanks,
Selena, Collections Specialist, Maine Maritime Museum

Why not color correct first in Capture One and then Photostack the corrected images in Photoshop? Or use Helicon Focus to stack straight from Capture One?
