import image problems
Not able to import the images, after I try to import a image the system always shows it already exists in the catalog(but I can't find any catalog exists those images). How can I fix this problem? Many thanks for your help!

If that's ^ not it, some more to try:
Check for filters that remain after you performed an advanced search with a filter on image type.
..or check 'preferences > image' if the enable jpeg/tiff/png editing are ticked (if it's one of these image types you're trying to add)
