TIFF vs JPEG
I read in one of the notices that Cap1 will only edit TIFFs in Cap 1 Pro, but I have Cap 1 (Sony) and I seem to be able to edit my TIFFS. Have many ole slides that I recently recovered as both JPEG and TIFF, and I'd rather edit them as TIFFS for broader adjustment options. Am I wrong?

Sorry, it's not clear what you're asking: but yes, tiff files allow for more flexibility and robustness when editing, if that's your question.
