Renaming – token for the original file name's 4-digit counter

For renaming, please introduce a token for the original file name's 4-digit counter.

Currently, two steps of renaming are necessary (see this post).

    I've just purchased Capture One 22 to replace my elderly and slow Lightroom and was surprised to find I can't do this with Capture One. Considering some of the esoteric tokens that probably nobody uses, a [FILE NUMBER] token would be vital to me and many others, I would imagine. Please introduce it :-)

    This seems like such an obvious option to have. At least there's the workaround mentioned above.

    I ended up buying Photo Mechanic mainly for this purpose and for editing GPS and other metadata.
