15.3.0 SUCKS!

I took the bait and upgraded? (I can't believe I'm using that term) to Capture One Pro. The transition seemed to go smoothly. Then came the 15.3.0 update.

Now, I can't load my vast, existing Lightroom Catalog on either a Windows 8.1 machine OR my brand new upgraded Windows 10 laptop. It took six efforts to finally get the images to import into Capture One (and only after updating both machines using the latest updates to Windows that were hours old) because they did not show up automatically after 15.2.1 worked easily. When my Lightroom images did show up, the ENTIRE file hierarchy is corrupted. So much for seamless, huh?

I got so upset that I requested a refund and got the typical "no we don't give refunds for update issues" from Customer Service. They think they can fix this by having me send them a screenshot or two. ARE YOU SERIOUS? So, check the blogs and you'll see that these clowns totally mismanaged this upgrade by the amount of hate mail they're getting. They won't take responsibility for it. They won't issue refunds for the crap they're trying to sell.

STICK WITH LIGHTROOM!!!!!! Capture One won't do the right thing.
