15.3 Right Clicking the Spot or White Balance Tools

On 15.3 using the spot correction tool, once right clicked the tool pops up,but is half hidden by the photo, and shortly after the tool disappears entirely. So now I'm basically stuck with a full sized spot correction. Same goes for the white balance tool.
