After importing files (which were created by scanning negatives with Epson V700) unable to do any correction with Capture One.  What is the problem?

Are they colour or greyscale? If the latter, you will need to convert them to RGB first.

Ok is that mean, if I scan with colour selected I'll have access to all options of C1?

I had a similar problem using my v600 with SilverFast8. I was able to import editable tiff files after selecting the "remove color cast" option. This worked even if I had already selected B&W negatives as the source. Then, once imported into CO22, I selected Black & White under the colors editing tab to view as a B&W image.

Alternatively, if you have already imported the uneditable tiff B&W file, you can still edit that file from within CO using  a 3rd party app such as Silver Efex Pro pro or say one of the Topaz apps which will then return a fully editable CO tiff file.

Yes - though note Robert's tip as well.
