After upgrade 15.3 poor sensitivity MS Surface Pen and Crop unconstrained

This upgrade was terrible, it slow down my workflow rapidly. Before upgrade I used MS Surface Pro 7 with Surface Pen, but now the sensitivity on some sliders (white balance, rotation&flip) and also edditing crop is really poor, it is not fluent, not precise, pointer move after a second. I have to go back and use my mouse. And secondly this crop unconstrained issue is annoying, why I have no choice, e.g. in Preferences/Crop to setup my default Unconstrained Crop? Is it possible to go back to the version 15.2?

  Michal - have you seen that there is a further update 15.3.1 that does give you a setting for the crop in Preferences, so that you can choose the new way or the old way?

  Thank you, Ian, I have checked new version direct in the application Check for Updates, but there is no new updates. Thank I check it directly at the websites, so I find new version 15.3.1 and upgrade it. Now it works perfect, I set up old way and also precise sensitivity with my Surface Pen is back. Thank you for your perfect support.

  Apparently the 15.3.1 upgrade is a manual upgrade.  The auto check doesn't detect it.  It has to be searched for and downloaded from the website. Thanks to following Alex Raw, I saw that there was an update.
