speed edit value steps not fine enough

it is super annoying that after the last one or two updates, the minimum increase or decrease value is 1/3 stop when using speed editor exposure. this takes the speed approach out of the speed editor. means it is unusable to walk through a session and make minimal adjustments to even out the exposure. especially when doing a outdoor shooting with flash and sunlight, the speed editor was a godsend and is now unusable—fortunately I also have a mac with c1 -there it is still working like a charm.

  So raise it as a feature request. Complaining about it here will do precisely nothing useful.

  but in this case, the feature is already present and was working as expected before the latest release of the software. It is just they changed the behavior of the tool in windows in this release. a bit like the cropping tool fiasco for what we got the .1 release to change it back.

  I'm still getting 0.01 increment speed edit changes with Win 15.3.1.
