Greetings All.....  Has anyone worked out a method to create a contact sheet for a Client to view that contains either your star or colour ratings so at least they have the ability to see the shots you like. So far all I've managed to export out it with the file name only which to be honest isn't particularly helpful in speeding up the workflow/selection process for your Client and looks extraordinarily amateur.

  Not sure if I got your question right. I have never used this before but in the File menu there is a selection Export Web Contact Sheet ... and in it's creation options, in the Pictures section, you can choose at least Ratings as captions which writes the number of your star ratings under the picture.

  Unless I'm missing something here - quite possible, you only have an option for one parameter. You can have say the file name or your star /colour rating - not both or any other parameter you might like to include. On the basis the file naming throughout is crucial, being able to add your selects and however you wish to tag them to send to your client for to make their choices from seems to my simple brain and pretty useful, if not vital. Instead of offering people the ability to edit pictures on an ipad/iphone it might be more useful to get the main program sorted then think about  dumbing it down making it easy to use for the masses. Capture One is apparently a PROFESSIONAL editing bit of software I believe, not some freeby bit of shareware.

  This request by the way, I've been asking for since about version 4 and I've been using it since version 3.something when it came with my Phase One back.

  I agree with you. I only knew about the existence of the contact sheet and had only glanced at it yesterday. It is true that you can only select one type of caption. I played a bit with the generated files and you can edit the index.html quite easily and adjust the caption there, but of course this is not a solution for larger sets of images.
  The integrated web editor is obviously too limited (and outdated). Probably it's no big deal to extend it, but I doubt that C1 will make any changes here when you make a feature request after they have introduced Live.
