  The "pro" license works for all supported cameras. If you have a Nikon only license, you may want to read this:  https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/4416243437969-Brand-versions-removal-description-and-FAQ , pay attention to sections explaining the details for your current version and date of purchase.

  If you are not eligible for a free upgrade from a Nikon variant to the pro variant of the software, I believe you need to contact support. Use the Submit a request link at the upper right of this page
