    Hey Jack; I don’t be that “we users” are the “you” that you’re ranting at. You should file a Support Request (link at the top-right of this page). Although not guaranteed to get results, at least you’ll have let the correct “you” know your thoughts (which I and I’m sure other users share).

    OTOH, C1’s just doing what some other companies have done for years (and I’ve seen similar complaints from them with apparently no effect).
