C1 22 (15.3.3) crashes at start import

Hi,

I installed the latest version of C1 as prescribed by Victor from support to fix a issue with printing. It was the right thing to do to fix it.

But now I'm not able anymore to import photos. Crashes systematically.

I'm completely blocked in my editing work.  HELP please !

    Capture One does not actively monitor the forums. Your best option for support is submitting a request (top right).

    ... and if you would like forum participants to try to offer suggestions, tell us a bit more. For instance where you are importing from? A memory card? A folder on an internal drive? An external drive (and if so how connected)?

    Also what version of Windows?
