Capture one not recognizing license key
Capture one doesn't open because the license key isn't recognized. Tried disconnecting it and now I'm unable to enter the license key again. Reinstalling Capture one didn't help. Now I can't use the software...

Having the same issue - Support responded saying the activation platform is having 'downtime' and they are working on it and until its resolved "you will not be able to use the software"....

I have the same problem. I deactivated the licence and also de-installed and re-installed Capture One without being able to activate the licence from the software. Mac OS 12.6 M1 chip, Capture One 22 version 15.4.0.22.
Are there any issues with the licence server?

Same here. I just got forced to deactivate my c1pro and now I can't re-activate and can't work. Who's gonna take responsibility for the damn delays that's gonna hold up the rest of the production work?
Trying to find the previous release of c1pro22 but they just give you links for c1pro21. This is getting very frustrating.

Ok a friend just sent me a 15.3.0 installer that he stashed and it works. I guess it's a 15.4.0.22 issue.
