Can't sign in with Safari
Sudenly today, I can't sign in to the forum using Safari. If I click on the Please sign in to leave a comment link it takes me to the front page of the support pages, without presenting the dialog box for user name and password. The same if I click on Sign In at the top right of the screen.
I have been able to sign in to write this by using Firefox instead.
I can still sign in to my account on the Capture One main website. That doesn't make any difference to acessing the forum, though.
I have tried
- restarting Safari
- restarting the computer
- deleting cookies (Edit: for capture one.com)
and none of that makes any difference.

Deleting cookies for zendesk seems to have done the trick.

I had same kind of problem with Firefox too. I could not find the zendesk cookies so I opened Safari (16.1 Mac) and disabled content blockers for the site.
Safari [menu] > Settings for support.captureone.com > [Untick] Enable content blockers
After that I could sign in. Then I reenabled the blockers.
