I recently ordered capture one in August of this year(2022) after a long back and forth. I Have all my receipts to show this but yet it still says that I don't have any subscriptions and my account displays "inactive".

I just used this software a few days ago with no problem.

Can someone please help? It said the next payment is on Aug 31, 2023.

The only persons who could help you are not on this user-to-user forum, but the staff, that you can contact by pressing the link "submit a request" in the top right corner of this page.
