    You can "submit a request" in the top right of this page. They generally respond fairly quickly.

    If you meant via the forum... nope, it's just other users.
    "Capture one for iPad" and sometimes the "feature requests" seem to be the only forum sections to get some attention from C1. It's clear where the current priority lies.
    A pity really. They could probably save themselves a lot of requests by simply pinning messages to the top of the Windows/Mac sections about known issues and their fixes like the missing .NET 6 desktop runtime issue a lot of people had. Now you see 10+ threads about the same issue with no official answer.

    I am talking about official support not here on the forums, I have few unanswered support requests last one for 2 weeks now.

    You say generally respond quickly… I guess not in my case.

    Ah, that indeed does not sound like  "fairly quickly"
    I also had some slower than expected responses, like Christopher, earlier this year.
    Yet, this seemed to have improved the last couple of months. At least in my limited experience (n=1) and some 'sounds' from others around the forum.

    What I do feel is that while the first response may be quick, often asking for the usual stuff like logs, screenshots or even video examples and suggesting basic 'fixes' at the "have you tried turning it off and on again?" level, the eventual follow-up let alone resolving of bugs can take a long time.

    You're definitely not alone in your experience. Improvements where promised and according to C1 already visible in their metrics. Let's hope your experience is not indicative of regression on this front.

    I have gotten so tired of this and all the problems I have with Capture One and ZERO support I have now applied for full refund 2 times and they simply close the refund tickets as solved without any answers.

    I am absolutely lost here.
