Hi Tetiana

Could you please say what version of Capture One you are on, and then we can move this question to a more suitable topic. Also please say whether you are using Mac or Windows, and what version.

Then, I am not quite sure what you are asking. You started by saying that you can't export, but then you say that you can't download photos. When you try to export, where are you trying to export to? In the export panel, you should see a section called Export Location, like this.

What does it say?

And what format are you trying to export in?
