Can I upgrade to Capture One 23 with a yearly subscription?

I'm having a hard time figuring out if I can upgrade to Capture One 23 with my yearly subscription license. Is the new software included in my license or do I have to wait to upgrade when my subscription year is up?

  My annual subscription expires at the end of December.
  But when I downloaded 23 with my account logged in, I was able to use it with the 22 license key.
