C1 23 speed

I'm currently running C1 20 on an iMac 27 late 2017. 24GB / 2TB SSD. Will C1 23 run slower on this computer than my C1 20?

    For me, running Capture One 20, 21, 22 (briefly just before 23) and 23 on my late 2017 iMac Pro all run at the same speed or better as the new versions were installed.

    It may be relevant that I avoid customizing my system with anything (software or hardware) that is supposed to improve performance or add features. These features can cause conflicts with applications, so I try to stay with the default features of the OS.
