what could be the problem thank you

    Is hardware acceleration on? If so have you tried turning it off?

    Are you getting Error 19's on files you've edited, or all files?

    In past CO releases, I've been able to cure the 19's by selecting all images, hitting Image > Regenerate Previews (lunch/coffee optional while it chugs away), and then re-exporting. Might well work here as well.

    Regenerating the preview for the image that was causing a "Code 19" during export solved the issue for me. Thanks for the tip.

    Regenerating the preview also solved it for me - Thank you for taking the time to post! I'm on latest Mac IOS m1 chip
