Capture One Pro 23 - unsupported file format

I'm dealing with a similar issue; images are visible but it's suddenly saying my files are unsupported, or offline. This obviously can't possibly be when I'm trying to work on files from my C122 library.

You are not alone, I have the same problem. I am now testing what can solve the problem. I have imported one folder again. Capture One 23 finds the images in the catalogue and therefore it does not import it, but after that all images can be edited again and the message about the unsupported file format is gone.

    Which cameras?

Keith, the cameras are a Nikon Z9, Z6ii and a Sony A6300 all are supported by the programme and importing their images directly into a new CP1 23 catalogue is not causing a problem. However when opening an original CP1 22 catalogue containing those same images in CP1 23 they are being shown as unsupported.

I also have the same issue with all my cameras (Nikon Z7ii, Z6ii, D850, D500, Fujifilm XT4, XS10). However, this is only with existing CP1 22 or earlier catalogues. Anything new that I import is fine.

All, I've been trying various things and think the solution (for Mac OS) is to ensure that CP1 23 has full disk access. I've checked the appropriate box in System Preferences - Security and Privacy and all now seems resolved. Hope this helps.
