SOLVED: CaptureOne 23 crashes when customizing toolbar
EDIT: Solved. Somehow my workspace plist got corrupted. Solution provide by Abbott Schindler in the first comment. Thanks you so much, sir!
CaptureOne 23 borked all my user settings (as usual with C1P updates). I got my workspace back with ease, but can't seem to edit the toolbar.
I right-click a blank space in the toolbar and select "Customize toolbar..." or select "Customize toolbar..." from the View menu. Capture One Pro crashes immediately. I've tried multiple catalogs.
I'm running version 16.0.0.157 on a 2019 MacBook Pro, 2.6, with 16gb of RAM.
Has anyone else experienced this, or is it just me?

First question: if you select a different workspace, can you modify the toolbar in it? If so, I'd suspect that your workspace's .plist file is corrupt—I had that happen with a C1 v20 update a while back. To fix my problem, I recreated the problem workspace from scratch and saved it. To do that:
1. Document the workspace you want. I used screenshots.
2. Go into ~/Library/Application Support/Capture One/Workspaces and move the problem workspace to the Trash (don't delete it yet).
3. Create a new workspace that looks like your old one, including whatever you want in the toolbar.
4. Save the workspace.
Then make a backup of that workspace and save it to a different location. That way, if the problem arises again, you can just replace the corrupt file with your backup.

Thanks!
Let's see... it crashes with my 2022 workspace, my 2021 workspace, and Capture One's backup of my most recent workspace, but not my most recent-but-one workspace... so Win!
Thanks so much! I have the plist backed up several places now and hopefully will know what to do when this happens again.
