this image is in an unsupported file format

Hi community, since more than a year I am successfully working with Capture One 22 to edit and process my raw files from my Fujifilm cameras. I use the raw format RAF and jpg. But since a while I see a "this image is in an unsupported file format" (dieses Bild liegt in einem nicht unterstütztem Dateiformat vor) across my images and the thumbnails on the right side are invisible.

Today I have installed Capture One 23, loaded the catalogue, but same situation.

I have not changed the external drive where files are located

What's the problem and how can I solve it?

  Hi Andreas,

  I had the same problem after upgrading to MacOS Ventura. This is the answer I received from the helpdesk:

  Please check that you are Allowing Capture One to have full access on macOS.
  It might be that your current version of Capture One has not been granted full access in both Accessibility and Full Disk Access. 
  Open the lock and use the '+' icon in the Finder window to add the version of Capture One you are running at the moment, if it is not added or only a previous version. 

  It worked for me, I hope it will work for you too. Good Luck!
